Appointments: It is essential that you make an appointment when you wish to come to the studio for an order. We cannot wait on you properly unless we can clear time just for you. By the same token, once you are here, you will have our undivided attention. Publicity: With pride in our craft, we reserve the right to reproduce, publish or copyright each pose. All photographs by Marc Bailey are protected by copyright laws of the U.S. Unauthorized copying subject to prosecution. (Copyright Act of 1976; Classes J, K, L and M. U.S. Code) Hours: By appointment only. Please telephone 903-238-8899. BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT To secure your appointment time, a pre-payment of your minimum purchase is required. A gift certificate in this amount will be mailed to you along with your receipt, appointment and date. In the event you cannot make your appointment, you will retain your gift certificate and have an indefinite credit with the studio for later use. The minimum purchase is non-refundable, but can be given to another person for use. At the time of your photo session, an appointment will be made for a later date to view and order your portraits. No images will be allowed out of the studio for any reason before your order is placed. We do not have sitting fees. The entire minimum purchase will be applied towards your order. |
